Cancellation Policy
All appointments are canceled after 15 minutes of appointment time. After the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and 15% of the service will be charged to the card on file. Cancelations made 12 hours before appointment time will not be charged the 15% cancellation fee and the deposit will be refunded.
